Gillys Gin Bar was founded in 2018. Dave and Gilly are hoping one day to set a record for how many Gins they serve.

Still in Sodbury. Dave is so interested in Gins he thought he would distill his own. He has made three at the moment with number 4 being commissioned for a June event. He is now selling it by the bottle at “The Horseshoe” and various other outlets and has made it into a booklet supplying trade outlets.

Lemon Drizzle

Lemon Drizzle is the Third Gin Produced by “Still In Sodbury” Made from Lemon Peel, Lemon Grass, Lime Leaves & Camomile.

Best served with Lemonade, Slice of Lemon

Celestine Spa

Celestine Spa was the 1st Gin Produced by “Still in Sodbury”. Celestine is a Local Rare Mineral formed and found over 250 million years ago. 

Best served with Star Anise
and a Slice of Orange.

Honey Bee

Honey Bee Gin is the 2nd Gin produced by “Still in Sodbury”. Made with local wild flower Honey, Lavender and Camomile.
